Tonight’s practice was an hour long restorative practice. I’m feeling pretty low energy and the need to hibernate. We got over six inches of snow today and I’m feeling it. Time to slooowww downnnn. I love restorative practice and try to have this kind of restful practice at least once a week. I teach a restorative class on Sundays and it’s one of my favorites.
